The Action Plan proposes that after three years of efforts, the total discharge of major air pollutants will be drastically reduced, and greenhouse gas emissions will be reduced in concert, further reducing the concentration of fine particulate matter (PM2.5), significantly reducing the number of days of heavy pollution, and significantly improving the quality of ambient air. , obviously enhance the people's blue sky happiness. The third is to actively adjust the transportation structure and develop a green transportation system. The Action Plan requires speeding up the improvement of relevant policies and providing a strong guarantee for air pollution control.
